Well, I have a system and practice that helps sensitive people create a blueprint to release pains and chronic mystery conditions by treating their physical bodies as well as their subtle bodies, leaving them feeling more comfortable.
Hi, I am Tami. I work with individuals with unexplained chronic pain, teaching them the tools to heal themselves! I use a combination of these tools: exercise (Pilates and Yoga) and energy work (crystals, Reiki, Akashic Records and Global Healing)

Initially referred by an acupuncturist, I have been taking Pilates classes from Tami for the past 5 years, in 3 different settings: a medical center, a municipal city center and a virtual Zoom format (my favorite). I received a session of Crystal Chakra Healing from Tami when she was just starting this practice. I had sprained my lower back and was unable to lie down to sleep. The session lasted for an hour and was a painless, stress-reducing path to better circulation, muscular relaxation and true healing. Tami talked me through this process and I learned quite a bit about myself, which I have applied on my own since this session. I recommend crystal healing for anyone who wants to gain a deeper understanding of their body/mind connection and to take a larger role in their own health maintenance.
